We only retain your personal data for as long as we have a legitimate purpose for doing so. We process your personal data for the following purposes:
Contact
We process your contact details as set out in the emails, letters, etc. that you send to us. We also process any personal data that may be contained in your enquiry. The purpose of the processing is to respond to your enquiry and to answer any questions you may have submitted.
The legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest in being able to administer our activities and respond to enquiries, cf. Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
As a general rule, we delete your personal data once your enquiry is considered to have been dealt with.
Cookies
With your consent we collect cookies for marketing, analytics and statistic purposes. The processing takes place in accordance with your consent, cf. GDPR Article 6(I)(a). You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking “Cookie Preferences” at the bottom of the website.
